Your registration for the conference is considered binding upon receipt of a confirmation of registration. Please note the following cancellation terms:
- Cancellation before April 8th will incur no charges.
- Cancellation between April 9th and May 9th will result in a charge of 50% of the total registration fee.
- Cancellation after May 9th will result in a charge of 100% of the total registration fee.
Failure to cancel and not attending the event will result in a charge of 100%.
Force Majeure
In the event that participation is not possible due to circumstances beyond the control of the participant, such as natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, riots, epidemics, or similar events, CEUC shall not be liable for damages and cannot be held responsible for interrupted or uncompleted conference participation.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your registration, please adhere to the above terms and dates. The procedure for cancellation is to send an email with your name and request to cancel to LAPEL@km.dk.
